Antique Millinery Puzzle Block Hat Form. I picked up this form primarily because it almost looks like a face. It measures 8 inches deep 10 inches wide 6 1/2 inches tall it has some markings of numbers. It is in wonderful age-appropriate condition in a natural old finish and age-appropriate wear. Wonderful accent peace for any home.
